- Account details: name, email, phone, password (hashed).
- Booking details: pickup / drop-off addresses, dates, flight numbers, passenger count, special requests.
- Payment details: processed by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
- Location data: only when you actively use trip tracking or the driver / tablet apps.
- Device & usage data: IP, browser, pages viewed, cookies, analytics events.
3. How we use it
- Provide, dispatch, and bill rides you book.
- Send service messages (confirmations, driver-on-the-way, receipts).
- Improve safety, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
- With your consent, send marketing about ConveyPlus services.
4. Sharing
We share data with assigned chauffeurs for trip fulfillment, with payment, mapping, messaging, and email providers, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your choices
You can access, update, or delete your account from your profile, opt out of marketing emails at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing Support@convey-plus.com.
6. Data retention & security
We retain ride and billing records as required for tax and legal reasons, and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. Minor passengers must be booked and accompanied per arrangement with their guardian or school.
